2025 Raw Honey - "Beacon Hill - Summer"

from $9.00

2025 Raw Honey - Beacon Hill Summer

Same location, different time. Harvested in our Beacon Hill apiary but in late Summer, so the flowers are different, a bit of rain as come by. It’s less fruity it’s more pungent. We like it.

*This raw honey is carefully collected and jarred without heating or filtration, preserving natural traces of pollen, propolis, and beeswax. This process delivers an authentic tasting experience that immerses you in the heart of the hive, allowing you to enjoy the honey’s full, unaltered flavor. Initially liquid when freshly harvested, it will gradually crystallize over several weeks. Consuming it in this natural state ensures the honey maintains its pure quality. Remember that honey is about taste, smell and texture.

You really want your honey to be liquid ?

Yes, it is possible to liquefy raw honey but be gentle, it’s important to not overheat it in order to preserve its nutritional properties. Remember, it’s alive!

Place the amount of honey you need in a bain-Marie (aka double boil, but don’t actually boil it!) and stir it a few times with a spoon until it reaches a syrupy consistency.

You can place a full open honey jar as well… It’s gonna take 20-30 minutes.

That’s it, no more!
